The Suction Trephine is a highly precise surgical tool engineered for ophthalmic procedures, especially corneal transplant surgeries such as penetrating keratoplasty. This advanced trephination instrument is designed to excise a circular section of the recipient cornea with exceptional accuracy and control.   Featuring a vacuum-assisted outer shell, the trephine securely holds the cornea in place while the internal blade performs a clean, controlled cut. The device allows quarter-turn depth advancement of just 0.063 mm (63 microns) and a full rotation adjustment of 0.25 mm, offering unmatched precision to the ophthalmic surgeon.   Ideal for use in corneal graft surgery, this trephine includes a non-reflective marker pin for easy monitoring of rotations, ensuring safe and effective performance during delicate eye surgeries.
